| About Sue Graham
Focus4You developed from Sue Graham's vision: to bring effective
Learning and Development theories and practice to a wider audience,
allowing the very practical, professional and real application
of the techniques. Sue wanted people to be able to develop and
change their working lives, but to do this in the most effective
and time-efficient way, cutting out the 'waffle' and allowing
achievement of excellence for all.
Sue's
background of 15 years working in blue-chip organisations gave
her a unique insight into the demands and challenges of the corporate
world. Coupled with her extensive knowledge of HR, Performance
Management, Learning and Development this has created a rare combination:
someone who understands and blends the needs both of individuals
and their employers. Sue seeks to create a real and lasting difference
for those who lead, manage and work in business. She also has
expertise in achieving cultural change. Sue has experience of
clients in both the private and public sectors working with them
to create the perfect programme for their needs.
Sue
is fascinated by the behaviours that generate success and has
established an expanding Life and Career Coaching practice, working
with individuals who want to make changes in any area of their
lives to achieve greater success and satisfaction. Clients come
from all walks of life and are supported and motivated to achieve
their dreams.
Concerned
that the current lack of regulation of the Life Coaching industry
could allow unqualified individuals to practice, Sue holds a Diploma
in Life Coaching from Newcastle College and is an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic
Programming) practitioner. She is also a member of the Association
of Life Coaches.
As an experienced Business and Performance Coach, Sue has partnered
leaders, line managers and teams to achieve more, especially in
their Careers.
As
a busy Mum of three children, Sue has worked full time, part time,
spent time not working and also been made redundant! She feels
these experiences have enhanced her abilities allowing a flexible
yet real approach to issues like work/life balance and flexible
working!
